This bed is an original example of the Art Deco style unique to India. The aesthetic language combines typical early Art Deco flourishes with Indian and late colonial elements, such as the paw feet, resulting in a stately form that is sure to take centre stage in any bedroom. The foot board is adapted to be lower and visually lighter to be relevant in the modern day bedroom. Restored to its former glory, the bed is finished in duco paint, and can also be ordered in a combination of polish and paint.
